What are your Order Processing time?

While it is always my goal to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please note that many of my items are handmade and require additional time. Current processing time is 7-14 days for custom items. And 3-7 days for all other onhand items. Please provide the day you would like your order to arrive (NOT THE DAY OF YOUR EVENT). Please note if you need your order sooner rush orders can be accepted for a fee but must be discussed FIRST.

What is your return policy?

Returns may be discussed for items damaged during delivery. However you must email and provide pictures of such damage within 24hrs of order delivery. Due to the custom/handmand nature of many of my products no other returns will be accepted. I will always approve designs of custom orders beforehand.

Can I get a full refund?

Unfortunately due to the customization and handmade nature of many of our products...ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
